Payments By Check
Any returned check is subject to a $35.00 fee to be paid along with the check amount in cash by the parent(s)/guardian of the Applicant. Also, the Applicant’s profile page will be suspended until ALL outstanding fees are in proper status.
Refunds
You have three (3) business days from date of signature/agreement to cancel this transaction for payment to be returned in full, minus a $25.00 administration fee.
Renewal Policy
The profile page of the Applicant will automatically renew annually. Should you choose not to renew your profile page on the anniversary contract date, please notify Sports Profiles Unlimited in writing within 30 to 60 days of renewal date.
Authorization
Upon application approval, Sports Profiles Unlimited will issue an identification account number within 48 hours of signature/agreement date and activate the profile (excluding weekends and national holidays).
The Applicant agrees to provide Sports Profiles Unlimited with accurate data.
It is a crime to give any false information or conceal information for the purpose of misleading Sports Profiles Unlimited and it's customers.
Sport Profiles Unlimited will prosecute any applicant, parent, or guardian of an applicant who knowingly intends to defraud any information posted on or given to Sports Profiles Unlimited, its officers or employees.
